I am sorry in bad English it says at first.
At present, even trial production machine completion struggles a little more in the place.

The kernel as intelligent-tool is thought STAPLER which the needle of the paper is used for of that by forming it.

Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is a series of U-shaped staples formed of a soft material and connected together so as to be separable with a slight force.
The U-shaped staples can be handled ae a unitized article by connecting them together.
Accordingly, the U-shaped staples are easy to load into a tool and suitable for replacement and continuous operation.
In a case where staples are fermed of a soft material, both end portions of each staple should be lengthened to provide an area necessary for bonding.
By forming staples of a soft material, it is possible to develop use applications for which metals are unsuitable.
For example, when documents are to be bound , a tool (stapler) for driving staples is previously provided with the function of making holes in documents, and a staple made of paper or vegetable fiber is used.
Both ends of the staple are inserted into the holes , and the end surfaces of the staple are bonded together with an aqueous adhesive.
By doing so, when the documents are to be unbound, the staple can be separated easily with a cutter.
It is also possible to recycle the documents together with the staple as resources .
It should be noted that the staple can be used without an adhesive by using a thermowelding resin material in place of paper and providing a heat source on the base of the stapler.
If such a staple is used for a packing material or the like, it is lighter in weight than metal pins
In addition, the staple can withstand some expansion and contraction. Furthemore, the present invention can be produced by simple blanking from a sheet- or belt-shaped soft material suitable for each particular use application as stated above.

Characteristics :
Because an iron needle is being used, the following un-condition point is pointed out with usual stapler(max).
1. When a thing in such cases as the document is recycled, it becomes a difficulty to recycle paper for an iron needle when to be mixed, and becomes the factor that recycling is injured.
2. When an iron needle is used for the package such as food and a baby article, use is prohibited from exerting harm on the human body 【 the benefit to cross and to put in the mouth 】.

Technology :
1. Make a hole in the document and so on at the limit when it is built in first in stapler itself because it is difficult to make a hole by the paper.
